Gymnasium

The Liberal Recreation Center’s gym is a hot spot for league sports practices and tournaments. Outside of scheduled events, visitors are welcome to stop in for a pickup game or indoor exercise during “Open Gym” times. Open Gym Fee: $2 per session.

Outdoor Track & Field

Located just South of our building, our outdoor track and field area is a perfect place to enjoy a few laps, practice your sport, or host a game or event.

Game Room

Our game room has a bit of fun for everyone. Enjoy table tennis, foosball, pool, or video games – just to name a few. Entry is $2.00 per person and the room is open from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Golf Simulator

Tee off on some of the world’s most famous golf courses using the power of virtual reality. Our indoor golf simulator gives you a real feel for the game – no sunscreen necessary. Reserve your tee times on our online registration page under facility rentals. Rentals accommodate up to four players at a time at are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Shooting Simulator

This virtual reality experience allows you to have fun and improve skills with a variety of shooting simulation games. Entry is $2.00/person per hour and the simulator is open from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Dance Studio

Home to our dance program, this studio is a welcoming space to learn and refine skills as part of our program.

Indoor Batting Facility

A great option for those cold days out on the field! Practice pitching and hitting inside our “Bullpen” batting practice facility. Entry is $2.00/person per hour and the practice area is open from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please call 24-hours in advance to schedule a reservation.

LEGO & Robotics Build Room

Watch creativity come to life in our LEGO & Robotics build room. Stop in Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7 p.m. for $2.00 “open build” time!

Kitchen

Four cooking stations provide plenty of space for classes and events. Contact us for more information on reserving our industrial size kitchen.

Art Room

Get in touch with your artistic side in our art room! We offer space for both 2-D and 3-D creations. Contact us to host a class or event in our space.

Commission Chambers

Our facility is home to the Liberal City Commission, which hosts meetings in the Commission Chambers. Participate in local government and learn more about things happening in our City!
